  1. Unfortunately your digital review format is illegible. You not the only ones to have adopted this supposedly “reader-friendly” 3D Adobe FlashPlayer tool, where one should flip pages like a paper magazine. Too many zoomings required, also impossible to move across pages with the mouse, right-left and upwards-downwards. Clicking the arrows leaps unexpectedly to another page. Having a quick glance on the whole magazine is impossible, as only small-size pages can be flipped through. Please drop this format or at least provide a “normal” pdf version as well. Regards and Happy New Year to all.

I’m sorry to hear that you don’t like the digital format of the magazine. However, you are able to subscribe to the printed version, just go to “Manage Account” at the top of the page. Also, you can download a PDF version of the magazine – when you’ve opened the digital version, there are a series of icons down the left-hand side of the page. Select the down arrow, it will give you the option to download the PDF version. Kind regards – Nick

  2. Your digital content is no longer readable on my tablet.
My android device has full adobe acrobat application but for some reason there are incompatibility issues.
I will no longer be able to read your excellent magazine until you resolve things at your end.
    Regards, AB.

Hi Alan, I’m sorry to hear that you are no longer to read the digital version of the magazine. We try to ensure that it works across all platforms, unfortunately it’s delivered by a piece of 3rd party software so we are reliant on this. If you let me know which device you’re using we will contact them and try to resolve the issue.
