Stagecoach Supertram managers will be getting on board Sheffield trams next week, giving customers the chance to provide feedback on their tram services.

Supertram bosses will travel around the tram network answering customer queries and providing information to passengers as the company takes part in National Customer Service Week between 1 and 5 October.

The tram employees will invite passengers to complete Supertram’s Customer Service Super Survey throughout the week. The online survey asks customers to provide feedback on Supertram services and to suggest any improvements they would like to see. Those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of First Class tickets from Sheffield to London with East Midland Trains or a month’s free tram travel.

Supertram’s Head of Customer Service, Claire Ansley, said: “We are looking forward to finding out more about what our customers are happy with and what they think we can improve on. We provide good quality, affordable and reliable travel for around 44,000 people every day but we are always looking for ways we can improve our services to help attract even more people on to our network.”

Stagecoach Supertram operates on three tram routes in Sheffield and is used by around 15million passengers each year.

National Customer Service Week runs from 1 -7 October 2012 and is used as an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
