Clever Devices announces the purchase of GreyHawk Technologies, Inc. of Vancouver, WA. GreyHawk designs, develops, and implements mobile applications for the transportation industry with specific focus on paratransit, airport shuttle, and school bus fleets. Currently, GreyHawk has thousands of Mobile Data Computer (MDC) systems in operation, most of which are installed in paratransit fleets.

Frank Ingrassia, CEO of Clever Devices said, “We are excited about the acquisition of GreyHawk. It is a key step forward in our growth plan and adds an important new line of products and services to our transit portfolio. We have partnered with GreyHawk in the past, and we know they have excellent technology and values compatible with ours.”

GreyHawk will continue to develop, service, and support the MDC product line from its Vancouver, WA, office. Rob Dukes of Clever Devices will serve as Division President, integrating GreyHawk’s products into the Clever Devices product line.
