The ‘Collective Innovation for Public Transport in European Cities, 2015-2018’ research project (CIPTEC) is funded by the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 Programme. It addresses the challenge for smart, green and integrated transport and aims to contribute towards the creation of a favourable environment for the growth of public transport across Europe.
Real-time information apps, Wi-Fi, special assistance services, alternative payment and pricing methods, social media, gamification, smart cards, etc., are among the innovations that re-shape passenger travel experience by city public transportation.
CIPTEC are running a survey and would like your feedback about which innovation is most important for you.
Should you like to co-design with CIPTEC the future of the public transport sector and improve the quality of life in cities, please follow this link to answer some questions.
The survey will take 5-10 minutes of your time and centres around the promising and innovative implementations, concepts and services that could improve the travel experience by public transport in European Cities (click on link):
